Architectural Committee Request Submission

Architectural Committee requests are submitted through the Contact Us web page. On that web page enter the information as shown in the sample below and click the submit button. When you submit your request an email is sent to the Architectural Committee with all the details you have supplied.

Please note that, per the deed restrictions, Architectural Committee approvals can take up to 30 days. Please plan accordingly so that your work is not delayed. Architecture Approvals are required for forward facing changes (structure, roof, paint, etc).
